Management Improvement Modules

Leadership Development is a consists of eight half-day modules.  The entire course can be presented at once or spread over several weeks.  Learning modules are titled:
  • Motivation
  • Interviewing and Hiring
  • Improving Employee Performance
  • Discipline and Documentation
  • Performance Appraisal
  • Training
  • Understanding Insurance Industry Financials
  • Team Building
During each learning module, workshop activities are utilized so that learning is highly experiential.  If this course is presented over a period of time, participants are given homework that requires them to use class information on the job. 

Course materials are all handout materials.  Each participant receives an empty loose leaf binder.  Course materials are distributed with each learning module that is taught.
